Mermaid ABV 4.1% Colour: Amber / burnt orange. One for the hopheads with rich hop character on the nose, plenty of citrus fruit on the palate and a lasting bitter and hoppy finish.
Amarillo ABV 4.3% Colour: Pale Copper. Brewed with American hops to give the beer floral and spicy notes. Initially soft on the palate the flavour develops to that of burnt oranges and a pleasant herbal taste. Champion CAMRA Summerfest 2004.

Beer! ABV 5.0% Colour: Golden Yellow. Flirtatious blonde beer with musky hoppiness and citrus fruit on the nose, while more fruit surges forward on the palate before the bitter-sweet finish. Supreme champion at Poole Beer Festival 2005.
Gulp ABV 3.5% Produced from locally grown Marris Otter, this session beer does not drink its gravity. The liberty hops produce a pleasant lemon and citrus aroma on the beer. Copper in colour the mouthfeel is full with good hop balance. The finish has a clean bitterness with spicy and blackcurrant notes. An ideal spring beer.
