Last week we put on 2 great events. The first was a wine tasting with the fabulous wine consultant Oliver Weston. Similar to the wine tasting back in March, the event was a complete sell-out, and everyone who managed to grab a ticket had a great night. All in all, we raised a total of £210 for the fabulous Nicaraguan charity Women In Action.
Secondly, our first Thai curry night was also a resounding winner. Apologies to all the hungry drinkers who hadn’t bought a ticket and so didn’t manage to enjoy the food that evening. The good news, however, is that THERE WILL BE ANOTHER ONE, very soon. Also, to all those asking when the Griffin kitchen will be opening fully: watch this space!
